Lewis started playing with the band at the age of 7 in 2004. He was taught to play by band members and now plays the Flugel Horn.
One of only 3 founder members still with the band (the other 2 are Don Marshall and John Baker), Terry started playing trombone when the band was formed in 1981. He has been involved in the band’s management more or less since it started and is currently the Treasurer. His granddaughter Terri is the band’s Principal Cornet.

A regular event in the Band’s Diary is the Annual ANZAC Commemorative Service held at the end of April each year at the Commonwealth Cemetery on Cannock Chase.  It is attended by representatives of HM The Queen, and the Australian and New Zealand High Commissions, along with local civic dignitaries and members of the Royal British Legion from all over the Midlands.  It is reckoned to be the biggest ANZAC Service outside of Australia and New Zealand.  This particular picture dates from the mid to late 1990’s.
